Svelati i vincitori degli Annie Awards 2021. Tra i grandi protagonisti Soul di Pete Docter, che ha conquistato il premio come miglior film d’animazione. La pellicola ha vinto in totale sette premi, tra questi gli effetti speciali, miglior animazione dei personaggi, colonna sonora, storyboard, sceneggiatura e montaggio. Anche Wolfwalkers di Tomm Moore e Ross Stewart ha ottenuto ottimi risultati, conquistando il premio come miglior film animato indipendente oltre ai riconoscimenti per il miglior character design, la regia, production design e doppiaggio.
